Marketing Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Marketing Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will bring 4-6 years of experience in campaign performance analysis, reporting, and data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze media campaign performance across various channels including email, display, programmatic, native, and social media platforms.
  • Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, click-through rate (CTR), cost per thousand (CPM), engagement, and qualified reach.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Deliver clear and actionable insights to stakeholders across marketing, sales, editorial, and client services teams.
  • Support testing strategies (A/B, multivariate) to drive optimization and campaign efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Use data storytelling and visualization to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, or campaign reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence/reporting platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and cross-channel attribution models.
  • Exposure to healthcare professional audience data, NPI matching, or third-party datasets is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
