As a senior telecom expert, you will be responsible for conducting thorough rate plan and feature analyses to ensure optimal cost efficiency. Your expertise in analyzing devices and recommending suitable plans features based on usage will help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed analysis of rate plans and features to identify areas of improvement.
  • Analyze devices and recommend the most suitable plans and features based on usage patterns.
  • Review accounts for zero-use devices and manage deactivation where required.
  • Perform spend and trend analysis to track telecom cost patterns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor data usage, identify high data users, and provide corrective recommendations to minimize costs.
  • Perform unbilled usage analysis and ensure timely billing to prevent revenue leakage.
  • Validate rate plans and features against contract compliance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in wireless accounts to maintain customer trust.
  • Review provider contracts and terms to ensure adherence to business requirements.
  • Manage devices for exit employees and ensure proper offboarding to maintain business continuity.
