Role: Junior/Senior Tester
Domain: BSS Telecom

**IT Experience**:

- Total IT Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Minimum of 3 years of Manual Testing experience on Telecom BSS (current experience)
- Recent Project experience should be in Telecom domain

**Application Knowledge Areas**:

- Siebel CRM, Order Management System, Oracle Customer Hub, Emergency Databases (EDB), Scriptura, SAP, CPQ, Kenan Rating/Billing, Subex Revenue assurance, Intermediate Mediation, Interconnect Billing

**Technical Skills**:

- Hands-on Testing of all the BSS End-to-End journeys.
- Knowledge in each of the functional areas of BSS
- Strong Testing experience of End-to-End journeys and processes across BSS (Siebel CRM, Kenan, Mediation, Rating, Billing, Collections, Interconnect Billing, Revenue Assurance)
- Good Knowledge/Expertise in Test Management / Defect Management tools like Azure, ALM, JIRA
- Good Experience on Test Strategy, Test Plan, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test Status Reporting and Agile
- API/Web Services Testing experience using SOAP UI, Postman tools.
- Good to have ETL testing experience.
- Performance monitoring and Fault Management experience

**Soft Skills**:

- Quick Learner, Proactive, Positive Attitude, Individual Contributor, Ownership ability, Good Communication

**Certification**:

- Nice to have ISTQB or any Industry recognized Testing Certifications
