Job Title:Business Cluster ExecutiveJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Cluster Leader to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the cluster requirements and working closely with a team of Senior Leaders/Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include developing and sharing Management Information Systems (MIS) to understand the market and ensure effective functioning of the cluster. Additionally, you will focus on offering financial solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for their asset/liability needs.

You will work closely with the Credit/Risk team to drive business using appropriate sourcing strategies according to dynamic market conditions. Your key objective is to identify cross-selling opportunities in each asset client and develop strategies to maximize profitability.

Another critical aspect of the role is managing people and teams, including career management, coaching, and mentoring of critical talent. Furthermore, you will map the market, strategize expansion of the market base, and proactively work towards development of new products/markets with the Product Development Team.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Post Graduate or MBA from a recognized university/premium business schools
  • AMFI/NCFM/IRDA certifications are an added advantage
  • 8-14 years of relevant experience in operations, client servicing, or sales roles, preferably from Banking Organizations
