Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Verification Engineer to collaborate with our team in the development of advanced memory subsystems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience verifying digital logic of DDR/HBM memory subsystems and a solid understanding of JEDEC specifications for LPDDRx/DDRx/HBMx.

Key responsibilities include developing verification test plans and testbenches based on design specifications, integrating and bringing up Verification IPs (VIPs), and debugging, maintaining regression, and driving functional and code coverage closure.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience verifying digital logic of DDR/HBM memory subsystems
  • Solid understanding of JEDEC specifications for LPDDRx/DDRx/HBMx
  • Knowledge of DDR PHY interface (DFI) protocols and specifications
  • Familiarity with RAS features in memory subsystems
