
Real Estate Business Development Manager

This role involves managing and closing property sales by coordinating with clients, sellers, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating consistent performance and growth.
In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong client network through referrals and prospecting, conducting property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
- Property Sales Management: Close property sales by ensuring smooth coordination between clients, sellers, and stakeholders.
- Client Network Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, referral programs, and strategic partnerships.
- Property Presentations: Conduct engaging property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to showcase properties and meet client needs.
- Sales Process Guidance: Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the sales process, from inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Mentorship and Team Support: Mentor junior agents and support team sales targets by sharing knowledge, best practices, and industry insights.
- Market Trends and Regulations: Stay up-to-date on market trends, pricing, and legal regulations affecting the real estate industry.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in real estate, automobile, or insurance sectors.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills to effectively manage client expectations and close deals.
- Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating consistent performance and growth.
- Local Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local property market, including market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
- CRTM Tools and Digital Platforms: Proficient in CRM tools and digital sales platforms to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
