Real Estate Portfolio Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial real estate portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal property value and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of lease agreements, rent schedules, and billing information in Yardi.
  • Coordinate with leasing teams to ensure lease compliance, accurate documentation, and timely renewal negotiations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value, improve cash flow, and reduce expenses.
  • Analyze financial statements, identify trends, and provide recommendations for business improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with tenants, address concerns, and ensure retention.
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for executive review.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in property management, preferably with expertise in Yardi.
  • Advanced knowledge of general and cost accounting, financial statements, and leases.
  • Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and effective communication skills.
