Job Title: Senior Investment Manager

 

Overview:

The position of Senior Investment Manager is responsible for leading the evaluation, structuring, and execution of real estate acquisitions across India. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in investments, asset management, or a related field.

Requirements:

  • Education: CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 14+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
