  • Skilled in business case preparation, financial modeling, budgeting, and cost control.

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end project delivery including planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover.
  • Proficient in vendor management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
