We adhere to a customer-centric business model that prioritizes cost-effectiveness and sustainability. Our Quality Assurance and Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services by developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will conduct regular audits, perform inspections, and identify areas for improvement to ensure continuous excellence.

This role involves:

  • Implementing TPI independently
  • Managing document control (Gad, ITP, Procedure, ISO documentation, Inspection reports, NCR-CAPA)
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality performance metrics
  • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
  • Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements
  • Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
  • Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
  • Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
  • Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes
  • Monitoring all incoming, process & final inspection activities
  • Verification of raw materials and inspection of bought-out components
  • Training quality and production staff to improve quality and reduce rejection rates
  • Preparing and submitting timely inspection reports
  • Maintaining rejection and rework records
  • Ensuring 5'S standards are maintained at the department level

Requirements include:

  • Relevant degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance/control, or a similar role
  • Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASTM SEC II Part A & B, Sec IX, Sec V, Sec VII)
  • ISO knowledge and certification
  • Familiarity with 7 QC tools
  • Experience in oil and gas industries preferred
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and written/oral communication skills
  • Technical understanding and design skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Quality control, quality assurance, and inspection skills
  • Experience in quality auditing and management
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards

Additional qualifications such as certifications in quality control and assurance, experience in manufacturing or construction sectors, and knowledge of statistical analysis software would be beneficial.
