Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality across our hospitals.

  • Ensure successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits, and ensure timely closure of all identified deficiencies.
  • Oversee timely collection and submission of quality improvement data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Drive quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings, ensuring they are carried out with precision and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, policies, procedures, and ensure proper document control of forms and formats.
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to implement and monitor quality standards across the hospital.
  • Identify documentation requirements and prepare them within 15 days of identification, coordinating with accreditation secretariats for processes.
  • Support hospital-wide quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, audits, and accreditation processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in these areas and excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
