Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Achieve quality excellence by implementing and maintaining a comprehensive testing strategy across various software development projects.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements for complex engineering software solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain test frameworks and automated test solutions.
  • Analyze project plans, identify potential roadblocks, and recommend optimization strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Interface with customers to understand their needs, set priorities, and communicate progress in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases to validate the functionality and performance of software applications.
  • Present test plans to senior leaders for approval prior to execution.
  • Work closely with agile teams to drive, implement, and maintain tests.
  • Evaluate the impact of design changes on testing efforts.
  • Develop methods and perform load and performance testing.
  • Integrate testing with continuous-integration processes.
  • Troubleshoot system or process failures systematically and effectively.
  • Analyze and document test results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working directly within engineering teams developing software delivering full systems.
  • 5+ years of proven work experience in software testing / quality assurance with web-based applications, mobile applications, and client-server applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Hands-on experience in manual API testing.
  • Experience in automation testing using Selenium or similar frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
