The Role

As a detail-oriented quality assurance engineer, you'll be responsible for evaluating user journeys, tearing down applications, and ensuring smooth functioning and best experience for end-users.

Responsibilities & Job Overview

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features that meet customer requirements
  • Design, review, and contribute to test plans, test cases, test scenarios, scripts, and procedures
  • Develop standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to plan test schedules, strategies, and project scope or delivery dates
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and effective risk management
  • Continuously improve existing products to make them more reliable
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing techniques, strategies, testing tools/test frameworks
  • Guarantee zero unnoticed bugs in production
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve customer-related issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing for web and mobile applications, and API testing through postman
  • Strong experience working in Agile teams
  • Experience working and testing NoSQL DBs like MongoDB
  • Innovative, creative, proactive, self-motivated traits with excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines with heavy workloads
