Role Overview:

As a specialist in influencer marketing, you will be responsible for driving successful campaigns and building relationships with top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Identification and Onboarding:
  • Identify influencers across various social media platforms who align with our objectives.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build long-term relationships with influencers, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination.
  • Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop influencer marketing strategies that meet brand objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Draft and negotiate contracts with influencers, ensuring all terms are met.
  • Compliance Management:
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding influencer partnerships and sponsored content.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
