Job Title: Leadership Professional

 

We are seeking a highly skilled leadership professional to lead our influencer outreach efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Strategic Partnership Identification: Utilize both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify influencers who align with our target audience and campaign objectives.

 

2. Proactive Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with influencers through personalized communication, fostering trust and rapport to enhance campaign effectiveness.

 

3. Negotiation and Agreement Management: Lead negotiations with influencers to secure favourable terms and agreements, ensuring all contracts and agreements are accurately documented and adhered to.

 

4. Content Development and Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand messaging and values.

 

5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the influencer outreach team and other internal departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of influencer campaigns.

 

6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators throughout the duration of influencer campaigns, analysing metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

 

7. Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports detailing the performance and impact of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

 

- 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns.

 

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

 

- Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and agreements.

 

- Proactive mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership of work, capable of driving initiatives forward and delivering results.

 

- Team player mentality with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing to the success of cross-functional teams.

 

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools, able to derive actionable insights from data to inform decision-making.
