Digital Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with leads through the Loan Management System (LMS) or other digital platforms to acquire new clients digitally.
- Support clients in downloading and navigating the mobile application.
- Guide clients through the KYC process to ensure completion and compliance.
- Maintain timely follow-ups with clients to guarantee a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries or technical issues related to app usage and KYC.
- Monitor and report acquisition metrics and progress to management regularly.
- A sales-driven mindset focused on achieving acquisition targets.
- Basic knowledge and interest in the stock market and related financial products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems for lead management and tracking.
- Minimum education: Completed 10th and 12th standard.
- Graduation in any discipline with no backlogs is mandatory.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with mobile applications.
