Visual Designer Position

The role of a Visual Designer is crucial in conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs for both digital and print platforms, contributing to the organization's visual identity and promotional efforts.

  • Conceptualize and design engaging graphics for various purposes, including social media, websites, posters, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to the organization's branding guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and target audience.

Design Skills

  • Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality and innovative designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and design tools, implementing new techniques to enhance the quality of designs.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with printers and other production vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality output for print materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
