
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The primary goal of this role is to oversee and direct all aspects of Human Resources (HR) functions, focusing on payroll management, hiring, workforce management, statutory compliance, employee relations, training and development, HR policies and processes, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Conduct periodic audits to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Hiring & Workforce Management: Plan and execute recruitment strategies for blue-collar workers and white-collar staff. Build and maintain relationships with labor contractors and agencies. Ensure a robust pipeline of manpower to meet production requirements.
- Statutory & Social Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations, including the Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, and others. Maintain and update statutory registers and records as per requirements. Assist in handling inspections and social audits effectively.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee grievances promptly. Conduct disciplinary proceedings as needed while maintaining fairness and transparency. Promote engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize skill development programs for blue-collar employees. Facilitate leadership and technical training for supervisors and team leads.
- HR Policies and Processes: Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and processes specific to plant operations. Ensure adherence to corporate HR guidelines and align plant HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to achieve departmental objectives. Facilitate collaboration between HR, production, and management teams.
- Reporting and MIS: Prepare and present HR reports. Analyze data to drive continuous improvement in HR operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW
- Experience: 8+ years in HR, in a plant or manufacturing environment with over 1,000 manpower
- Skills:
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRMS
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and team management capabilities
