Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished IT Professional to serve as the primary administrator for our internal IT infrastructure while establishing comprehensive security policies.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical skills, a strong understanding of network protocols and firewalls, and experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Infrastructure & Support
    • Provide immediate resolution for hardware, software, and network issues across all departments
    • Manage employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
    • Configure and maintain internal networking components including switches, routers, and access points
    • Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user accounts, groups, and permissions
  • Security & Compliance
    • Configure and maintain physical firewall policies and rules
    • Create, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies across all systems and processes
    • Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets
    • Implement endpoint protection and mobile device management (MDM) solutions
  • Strategic & Educational Activities
    • Assist in IT planning and vendor negotiations
    • Educate teams on security best practices and policies
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and security procedures
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in IT support and security administration
  • Microsoft Ecosystem: Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
  • Network Security: Strong understanding of network protocols and firewalls
  • Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows (Server and Desktop), with Mac and Linux knowledge preferred
  • Security Tools: Experience with endpoint protection and security monitoring tools
