Role Overview

This position is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of trading and risk management systems. You will collaborate with technology teams to maintain a robust environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and support applications to guarantee their availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within established service level agreements timelines.
  • Perform log analysis, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, Database Administration, and network teams to address environment-related issues.
  • Support upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.
Essential Skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support with hands-on exposure to Python, Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience with system administration.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
Beneficial Skills
  • Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes.
  • Experience with automation or scripting for production support.
  • Exposure to financial products and trading systems.
