**Job Description**

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational monitoring, reporting, and functioning of Wireless, Routing & Switching infrastructure across various offices and data centers.

The Network Administrator will maintain enterprise network infrastructure and its operational performance through technical network troubleshooting as needed. Additionally, they will liaise and collaborate with vendors, Technical Assistance Centers (TAC), and support teams for multi-platform and multi-vendor issues.

You will also supervise network infrastructure changes, patch deployment, version upgrades, and fixes to meet Vulnerability and Change management requirements. Furthermore, collaborating with Deloitte Global, Peer, and Business teams and providing support and assistance for network incidents and requests is a key responsibility.

Maintaining network inventory, network documentation, and Management Information System (MIS) reports to meet Network operations processes and procedures is another essential task in this role.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Experience in Network Infrastructure Operations: You should have experience in managing and supervising network support teams, with in-depth conceptual knowledge of Network Routing, Switching, Wireless, and Security.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience and hands-on skills with Cisco Routing/Switching/Wireless hardware platforms, conceptual knowledge of Enterprise Firewall (Site/VPN tunneling) and Quality of Service (QoS) Traffic Shaping in network environments, and in-depth knowledge of Network monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting tools are required.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to work independently in a team environment and as a team leader, well-versed with Network MIS and technical reports, excellent troubleshooting skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
