Job Summary:
As a Program Delivery Services Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing programs related to integrity management in the oil and gas industry. Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality services while maintaining the highest level of safety and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams of engineers and technicians to deliver programs related to integrity management.
- Develop and implement strategies for risk-based inspection (RBI) and other integrity-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of program plans.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in integrity management in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of leadership and program management.
- Strong technical expertise in RBI and other integrity-related disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
