As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing paid campaigns across various platforms, analysing performance and scaling successful strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Plan, set up and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and YouTube to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, CPL, ROAS and CVR, and optimise strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration with Creative Team: Work closely with creative strategists and designers to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives that drive conversions.
  • Audience Segmentation: Build and test different audience segments and funnels to increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Monitor daily budgets, pacing and adjust for maximum ROI.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
  • Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
