Job Title: Support Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Support Lead with strong technical and communication expertise to handle support tasks, frontend issue resolution, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Management: Analyze, prioritize, and resolve frontend-related support tickets efficiently.
  • Distribute Tasks: Assign tasks to team members based on their skillset and urgency for timely resolution.

Technical Expertise:

  • HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, WordPress: Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting services for issues related to these technologies.
  • Complex Problem-Solving: Assist team members in resolving complex problems and offer technical guidance.

Team Leadership:

  • Team Coordination: Lead and mentor a small team of frontend support executives, monitor progress, and provide performance feedback.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure the team adheres to processes and quality standards.

Client Communication:

  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through professional correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Command: HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
  • Proficiency: WordPress (themes & plugins).
  • Excellent Communication: Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Prioritization: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets.
  • Team Coordination: Experience in team coordination and task delegation.
  • Basic PHP Knowledge: Knowledge of basic PHP.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in a support or ticket-based environment.
  • JavaScript Frameworks: Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) is beneficial.
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Zoho.
