This role plays a pivotal part in translating business requirements into functional designs and ensuring the successful implementation of digital initiatives.

The position serves as the cornerstone in M&A-related activities, supporting the transition to a newly independent digital organization by defining and deploying new systems, processes, and capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document functional requirements for digital solutions that enable business continuity and transformation post-acquisition.
  • Lead functional planning for M&A carve-out activities, including requirement gathering for new systems, gap analyses, and support for clean-room or transitional environments.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
  • Collaborate with architects and technical teams to align solutions with functional expectations.
  • Support workshops, design sessions, and future-state business process mapping.
  • Lead user acceptance testing, training coordination, and go-live planning.
  • Promote standardization and best practices across the enterprise.
  • Monitor project delivery to ensure business value realization and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Lean/Sigma a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain, with digital project involvement.
  • Experience with functional roles in MES, ERP, APS, WMS, or related platforms.
  • M&A or carve-out experience preferred, especially in functional stream design and execution.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or other languages a plus).
