Transformative Digital Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to drive change for global enterprises. In this position, you will be responsible for architecting and developing end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, responsive, and secure applications with the ability to automate data extraction.
- Implement workflow-based approval mechanisms.
- Work closely with business analysts and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead design workshops and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders.
- Build reusable components and scalable workflows.
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership to junior developers and external partners.
- Monitor application performance and user feedback to drive iterative enhancements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and at least 5 years of experience as a Power Platform Developer. You should also have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or master's degree in research, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline.
- Good years of experience as a Power Platform Developer.
- Working experience in Power Automate Desktop (RPA) Development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must be fluent in English.
- Highly customer service and quality-oriented mindset.
- Proficient research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools.
- Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload.
- Team-oriented person who can focus on the details.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Expert knowledge of Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with business partners and present to business leadership.
- Knowledgeable in Power BI and other reporting tools.
