  • Apply advanced analytical skills to resolve complex payroll issues and optimize system performance.
  • Cultivate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and maintain SAP Payroll (PY) schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll results.
  2. Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll run, simulation, posting to finance, and year-end activities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless upstream data flow.
  4. Design and implement effective testing, validation, and payroll reconciliation strategies across systems.
  5. Sustain high-quality interface development and mapping for outbound/inbound data with external systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Deep expertise in Payroll schemas, rules, infotypes, and RT/TCRT tables.
  • Hands-on experience in integration with SAP FI, Time Management, and external payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with PA, OM, and Benefits modules is a plus.
  • Experience with IDoc/ALE, PI/PO, or APIs for integration is desirable.
  • Understanding of country-specific payroll statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
