Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist

This position is a critical component of our benefits administration team, responsible for the configuration and deployment of the Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module.

  • The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of benefits administration, including eligibility rules and plan configuration.
  • They will be able to translate business needs into technical solutions, working effectively in a team environment.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and project management skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

About the Role:

  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users.
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies.
