  • Tender Submission Process: Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and ensure timely submissions with full compliance.">
  • Bid Preparation and Strategy: Analyze tender specifications, prepare competitive bids, and provide recommendations for improving bid quality and value.">
  • Vendor Coordination: Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to gather relevant pricing and product details to strengthen bids.">
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure tender responses are compliant with regulations, technical specifications, and deadlines.">
  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor ongoing tenders, update submission statuses, and prepare reports for the management team.">
  • Post-Tender Communication: Follow up with authorities for updates or feedback and assist with post-bid clarifications or negotiations.">
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance competitiveness in future tenders.">
">Required Skills & Qualifications:">

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.">
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or a related field. Experience in the road construction or manufacturing industry is preferred.">
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of tender preparation, submission processes, and legal compliance; excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.">
