Tender Specialist to manage end-to-end tender processes across multiple platforms (Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, CPPP, State Govt., PSUs, Private portals).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and identify tenders on Government e-

Marketplace (GeM) portal, CPPP, State Government, PSU & Private tender portals.

  • Prepare and submit bids (technical & financial) on time.
  • Handle documentation, compliance, and pre/post-bid queries.
  • Coordinate with management & vendors for pricing, product specifications, and approvals.
  • Maintain tender records and track tender outcomes.
  • Build strong knowledge of government procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Tender/Bid management.
  • Strong knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM)

portal, CPPP, State Govt. & PSU tender portals.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF).
  • Excellent communication & documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and multitask.
