We are hiring a Commercial and Marketing Specialist – India, based in Delhi NCR, who will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Atos Medical's Tracheostomy and Laryngectomy portfolios across the Indian market. This role combines marketing strategy, field execution, business analysis, tender management, and sales enablement to deliver measurable business outcomes while upholding our mission of improving the quality of life for people living with a neck stoma.
Working closely with the India Sales Team, distributor and sub-distributor partners, and global marketing counterparts, the Commercial and Marketing Specialist will ensure that marketing programs, educational initiatives, and KOL and patient engagement activities translate into tangible commercial impact and sustainable market growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to support commercial priorities and market expansion for both Tracheostomy and Laryngectomy portfolios.
- Conduct comprehensive market mapping, segmentation, and targeting to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable commercial strategies to drive lead generation, adoption, and market share growth.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize marketing materials, maintain brand consistency, and create effective digital and offline collaterals.
- Lead participation in national and regional conferences, workshops, and seminars, ensuring impactful brand presence and effective post-event follow-up.
- Plan and execute company-organized educational events, campaigns, and webinars for healthcare professionals and patients.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, newsletters, and online patient education content.
- Develop and maintain standardized tender specifications for the Tracheostomy and Laryngectomy portfolios, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy in all tender submissions.
- Support tender participation by providing product positioning, marketing inputs, and competitor benchmarking.
- Collaborate closely with distributor and sub-distributor partners for both product portfolios, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless field execution.
- Drive KOL engagement in both government and private healthcare sectors, focusing on key specialties including ENT, Head & Neck, ICU, and Anesthesia.
- Partner with the Atos India Sales Team and distributors' teams to co-develop and implement integrated sales and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct joint field visits with sales teams to generate leads, support workshops, and enhance HCPs engagement.
- Provide product training to distributor teams to ensure consistent and confident brand representation.
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and pricing discussions through data-backed insights.
- Track and analyze key KPIs, including lead-to-conversion ratio, event ROI, and cost per opportunity.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct regional and segment-wise performance analysis and contribute to quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly dashboards summarizing key commercial and marketing metrics.
- Plan and organize patient education sessions, rehabilitation workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Develop and maintain patient education content and support community engagement initiatives.
- Strengthen long-term relationships with patient communities and rehabilitation centers in alignment with Atos Medical's mission.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities and marketing projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or Life Sciences.
- 5–8 years of marketing experience in medical devices or healthcare, preferably in ENT, Head & Neck, or Critical Care segments.
- Proven track record of executing marketing programs with measurable commercial results.
- Strong experience in market mapping, segmentation, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CRM platforms, and presentation tools.
