Job Opportunity in EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to support our JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module. This role requires extensive knowledge of the system and its applications.
  • Techno-functional skills, particularly in troubleshooting, are highly desirable.
  • Support for interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive Pay, Labelling solutions, and Oracle APS is also desired.
  • Understanding customized Manufacturing Accounting processes is essential.
  • Application testing for all system changes and projects is a key responsibility.
  • Knowledge transfer and other support-related activities are crucial.
  • Second-level support for service requests and system defects is required.
  • Key involvement in resolving high-severity user issues and system defects is necessary.
  • Reviewing root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation is part of the job.
  • Guiding Support analysts in resolving complex issues is vital.
  • Interacting with Business users throughout the support lifecycle is essential.
  • Resolving JDE level 2 Application Support calls logged via Help desk is a primary task.
  • Regular interaction with JDE development and CNC Admin support teams is necessary.
  • Owning support tickets pertaining to respective modules until closure is required.
  • Providing on-call support after business hours for high-severity issues is critical.
  • Experience working on JDE projects with onsite-offshore models for Application Development and support is highly valued.
