Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our alternative investment initiatives, driving growth and deepening client relationships.

This strategic role involves cultivating partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering compelling value propositions to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the capital markets, regulatory environment, and investor segmentation, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution channels and client segments, sourcing new business opportunities and converting prospects into clients.
  • Product Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and communicate product strategies, value propositions, and marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Performance Management: Achieve predefined asset growth targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory norms and internal governance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 10–15 years of experience in PMS/AIF sales or distribution within the financial services sector.
  • Strong existing relationships with key stakeholders and client segments.
  • Deep familiarity with capital markets, PMS/AIF product structures, and regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
