Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a subject matter expert for alternative investment funds. This role involves analyzing fund-level agreements, verifying AI-extracted data, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Human Oversight: Review and verify AI-extracted data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage knowledge of alternative investment funds, LPAs, and side letters to identify key data points and legal provisions necessary for regulatory, reporting, and operational requirements.
  • Quality Assurance and Data Validation: Develop quality control protocols and validation checklists for legal document data extraction, documenting anomalies and validating corrections.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years in a legal, compliance, or paralegal role with exposure to alternative investment funds.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with AI, machine learning workflows, or legal technology platforms is desirable.
