Alternative Investment Funds Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional with expertise in alternative investment funds to join our organization.
- As a senior legal analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert for analyzing fund-level agreements between general partners and limited partners.
- You will be responsible for reviewing AI-extracted data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and verifying the output from Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) and side letters against source material.
You will also train junior team members and mentor them in reviewing and validating the output generated by the AI platform.
Key Responsibilities:Human Oversight:
- Use your understanding of alternative investment funds, LPAs, and side letters to identify key data points necessary for complying with regulatory requirements.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- Provide expert insights on contract structure, key provisions, and fund obligations to product, R&D, and operations teams.
Quality Assurance:
- Develop quality control protocols and validation checklists for legal document data extraction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with data science, legal operations, product design, and tech teams to ensure data extraction aligns with legal requirements and operational best practices.
