Leadership Role Overview

This is a high-visibility position working directly with the executive team, partners, and sponsors globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing, planning, and implementing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiative Prioritization: Prioritize projects based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a 36-month phased roadmap (0–12m, 12–24m, 24–36m).
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives, develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors, present progress updates to leadership, sponsors, and partners.
  • Sponsorship Enablement: Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate and NGO partner goals.

Requirements:

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
