The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic guidance on human resource metrics and develop recommendations to drive business growth.

You will serve as the main point of contact for our staffs and sales teams, working closely with regional managers and territory managers on recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement governance strategies for human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement, and cost.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, mentorship initiatives, and best practices for the team.

3. Directly interact with store staffs to implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies.

4. Oversee HR operations, including induction, performance management, employee relations, and exit processes.

5. Coach individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities.

6. Own/drive HR policies and directives to ensure smooth implementation across the organization.

7. Travel across the country for staff meetings and other business needs.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years' experience in retail relationship management, preferably from large format businesses.
  • Ability to manage big teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
