As a key player in our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the transition phase and operational delivery management post-transition.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the business and HR Function to define process transformation and technology enablement as well as data requirements, drive planning and execution of enterprise migration to Global Business Services within the region.
  • Leading HR work transitions into regional GBS locations, collaborating with GBS leadership, Global Process Owners, HR functional teams, and local stakeholders.
  • Overseeing readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization.
  • Coordinating process stabilization post-transition, ensuring minimal disruption to the business and employees.
  • Developing and implementing transition governance, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecard and escalation frameworks.
  • Participating in change management efforts, supporting communication and training plans at the local level.
  • Supporting successful transition and implementation of HR Operations at the respective GBS center by driving global consistency in implementation approach and providing support to hiring efforts of GBS HR Operations resources.

You will also provide oversight and thought leadership throughout the implementation of GBS HR Operations, and ensure successful transition of all in scope activities to the respective Regional center. Additionally, you will provide oversight for business stabilization efforts post HR GBS HR Operations go-live and supports change management efforts.
