Key Role

As a key strategic advisor, you will possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Create high-impact reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives for senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for transition and transformation opportunities.
  • Prepare engaging content and inputs for governance meetings including Risk & Compliance, quarterly performance reviews, and Board presentations.
  • Support preparation of CEO-level communications and other strategic initiatives.
  • Reconcile internal and external headcount data with HR systems to track entity growth and scale.
  • Develop headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.
  • Prepare compelling presentations for quarterly business reviews and ensure business decks are regularly updated for leadership consumption.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI; identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline existing processes.
  • Liaise with IT teams and vendors to coordinate enhancements and updates to reporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and drive data-driven decision-making.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

Master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is required. A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, or business management is also essential.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
