Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing full project management life cycles for implementing complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Participate in technical discussions and position technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Presents technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Defines project plan, KRAs, and process with project stakeholders.
  • Communicates project status across the Project Management team.
  • Maintains projects on target to meet deadlines.
  • Defines potential problems and suggests alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  • Manages day-to-day project progress including risk assessment and problem resolution.
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle.
  • Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology.
  • Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Security standards.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with results orientation.
  • Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
