Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for industrial plants.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent and experience in plant design, power systems, or industrial automation. Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design software is also required.

You will work alongside senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with relevant standards such as IEC, IEEE, and IS. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematics, and cable routing layouts
  • Support in electrical load calculations, equipment sizing, and short circuit analysis
  • Prepare bill of materials (BOMs), cable schedules, and lighting layouts
  • Collaborate with instrumentation, mechanical, and civil teams for integrated design
  • Review and interpret P&IDs, electrical specifications, and client standards
  • Participate in design reviews, vendor drawing evaluations, and site coordination
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Project experience in plant design, power systems, or industrial automation
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design software
  • Basic understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and industrial practices
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced engineering environment
