Job Title: Senior Associate-Marketplace

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to manage our marketplace operations.

  • Drive sales and revenue growth on multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct market research, understand competition market trends.
  • Manage product cataloging, A+ content, and search engine optimization of listings.
  • Develop strong relationships with personnel within designated marketplaces.
  • Optimize shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time and save costs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, work with management to forecast future performance.
  • Handle inventory management in case of deficits.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of managing e-commerce sales, with a degree in Business Administration or related field.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of the beauty & personal care sector and be willing to learn about new products and services.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
