Job Overview:

Torrent Power is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans to meet the organization's staffing needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing to interviewing and hiring, utilizing various platforms and methods to source potential candidates.
  • Employment Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance Torrent Power's employment brand, creating a positive image that attracts high-quality candidates and sets us apart in the industry.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and recruitment events, to identify and engage top talent.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions, candidate profiles, and tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company, equipped with the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferably with a focus on recruitment and talent management.
  • Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or similar roles, with a track record of success in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Skills: Excellent sourcing skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
  • Attributes: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a passion for driving business results through strategic talent acquisition.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off. This role is essential for ensuring that Torrent Power attracts and retains the best talent, contributing to our overall success and growth.
