About the Stealth CompanyWe are building India's leading infusion business, focused on delivering best-in-class outcomes, exceptional patient experiences, expanded access, and curated ancillary services through daycare centres. We are seeking a City Operations Head for this venture, who will be responsible for launching new clinics/daycare centres, managing operations, and maintaining relations.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinics/Daycare Centres Set-up and Launch- Lead the planning, execution, and successful launch of new clinics/daycare centres.
- Manage all aspects of centre readiness, including infrastructure, design, equipment, staffing, and supplies.
- Lead clinic operations, ensuring efficient processes, optimal resource use, and financial oversight.
- Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain high standards of care, safety, and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals/providers.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with medical teams to support patient care and clinic growth.
- Ensure a superior patient experience by overseeing all aspects of the patient journey.
- Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, address concerns, and promote a culture of empathy and patient-centric care.
- 7-10 years of experience in hospital management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- Preferred: someone who has set-up or managed healthcare facilities/clinics and has in-depth knowledge about clinical operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in driving digital initiatives and managing revenue targets.
