Our team is looking for a highly skilled facilitator to oversee training programs for employees. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training strategies that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

This role involves working closely with individuals to evaluate their progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored training solutions. You will also be expected to work effectively with managers and employees at all levels to identify and assess training needs.

We are seeking someone who can travel and has a good understanding of various training methodologies and tools. Your ability to design and execute training programs that drive results will be critical to our success.

As a trainer, you will work closely with senior leaders to determine training needs and develop strategies for improvement. This includes conducting seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions, as well as managing a training team and ensuring the effectiveness of our training programs.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to calibrate other trainers, conduct Training the Trainers (TTTs), and ensure the overall effectiveness of our training programs.
