General Corporate Associate Role

This position offers a great opportunity for law students in their final year or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal work.

  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and lease agreements.
  • Assisting with corporate compliance matters, such as ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Preparing legal advisories and research notes on various topics, including intellectual property and employment law.
  • Supporting corporate due diligence exercises to ensure seamless integration of new businesses or assets.
  • Conducting trademark searches and filing applications to protect our clients' brands and interests.
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong legal research and drafting skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and present findings clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to create engaging documents and presentations.
