Compliance Lawyer

About Us:

AIVES Australia is a leading migration consultancy firm committed to providing professional and ethical immigration services. We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Lawyer with a strong background in litigation to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with migration laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and client declarations.
• Provide legal guidance on complex visa cases and compliance-related matters.
• Support the case management team with legal insights and risk assessments.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the firm where required.
• Handle internal compliance audits and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in managing disputes or escalated client concerns with a litigation-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher; must be a registered lawyer.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience, with proven expertise in litigation and compliance.
• Prior experience in the migration/immigration sector (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of legal frameworks, contracts, and risk management.
• Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with corporate investigations and enforcement actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
