Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer located in Ernakulam. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for assisting in legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and providing support in case preparations. The role involves working closely with senior lawyers to ensure proper case management and client consultations. The Junior Lawyer will also be responsible for managing case files and ensuring compliance with legal procedures.

Qualifications

• Legal Research, Drafting Legal Documents, and Case Management skills
• Experience in attending court hearings and providing litigation support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bar Membership and a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Proficiency in legal software and case management tools
• Knowledge of local and national legal procedures and regulations
• Experience in Intellectual Property Law and Corporate Consulting is a plus
