Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer, located in Kochi. The Junior Lawyer will assist in legal research, document drafting, court preparations, and case hearings across various fields of law including IPR, Family, Criminal, Consumer and Civil matters. Responsibilities also include client consultations, maintaining case files, and providing legal insights to support senior counsels. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and a commitment to maintaining legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Legal Research, Analytical Thinking, and Case Analysis
  • Proficiency in Drafting Legal Documents, Pleadings, and Contracts
  • Experience or interest in litigation, court proceedings, and client representation
  • Knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights, Family Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Law is beneficial
  • Effective Communication, Client Management, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a legal team and independently manage tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) is required; enrollment in or completion of the Bar Council examination is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in local language and English is mandatory.
