Hostel Operations Lead

At PinnacleU, we seek a visionary leader to spearhead our hostel operations team. This role demands strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to drive outcomes.

You will lead a team of hostel managers, support staff, and vendor coordinators to ensure seamless, student-friendly operations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and driving the overall hostel operations strategy from move-ins to daily services to escalations.
  2. Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional student experiences.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align hostel policies with institutional goals.
  4. Maintaining proactive, transparent communication with parents and students in sensitive or emergency situations.
  5. BUILDING CONFIDENCE AND TRUST ACROSS ALL STAKEHOLDER GROUPS THROUGH CONSISTENT DELIVERY AND EMPATHETIC ENGAGEMENT.

We are looking for a leader who possesses exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, strong prioritization and people management skills, and a proven track record of driving outcomes through their team. If you have 4-8 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in hospitality, luxury housing, student co-living, or client experience, we encourage you to apply.
